During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of dining at Doc, the hotel's onsite Brazilian cuisine restaurant. As a landscape photographer, I often seek out tranquility, and the ambiance here certainly complemented my culinary adventure. The light fare was refreshingly innovative, highlighting the flavors of Brazil while offering a perfect balance for breakfast. The breakfast buffet, available starting at 6:30 AM, featured a thoughtful selection, ensuring a great start to my day. I found the clean, modern rooms to be very comfortable, allowing for restful nights when I wasn't out exploring the beautiful surroundings. Although the outdoor pool was inviting, the temperature left much to be desired for a swim. Traveling from London, I found this experience to be a delightful departure from my usual routine. For fellow food enthusiasts who appreciate a well-curated dining experience amidst stunning landscapes, this hotel is well worth considering.
